Our Rates

Buying

• Initial search contract: 500€ taxes included.

• Property purchase: 2,5% of the price of the property (minimum 3000€ plus taxes). The 500€ of the initial search request will be deducted. Possible estate agent fees are not included in our price.

Renting

• Initial research contract: 500€ taxes included.

• Property purchase: 1 month rent (minimum 500€ plus taxes). The 500€ of the initial search request will be deducted. Possible estate agent fees are not included in our price.
